購買說明 Purchase Instruction 

感謝你對雙手牌的支持與喜愛。購買前請先閱讀以下購買方式說明：

・首次購買請加入會員！購物前或結帳時先 "加入會員" 之後就能輕鬆查詢的到您的訂單狀態。在購買後您的信箱會收到『您的訂單已確認』的信件，內有 "查看我的訂單" 可供查詢，若有問題也可利用回覆此信件告知我們喔！

・選購作品訂單成立後會收到『您的訂單已確認 』信件，裡面會有您的 "查看我的訂單" 可以檢視。

・付款完成，選擇信用卡或超商代碼付款者，收到款項後系統會自動發出『確認收款通知』信件。

・作品準備好完成出貨後，我們會寄送通知『送貨狀態更新為：已發貨』，你也能在系統信按下 "追蹤我的運單" 來查詢出貨進度。

・若您都沒有收到通知，請到垃圾郵件匣查看是否有 Two Hands Studio 信件，若沒有的話可能是信箱一開始就填錯了喔！

Thank you for your support and love for Two Hands Studio. Before making a purchase, please take a moment to read the following purchasing instructions:

・For the first time purchase, please sign up as a member. Joining as a member before shopping or during checkout will allow you to easily track your order status. After your purchase, you'll receive an email titled 'Your Order Has Been Confirmed,' with a link to "View My Order" for easy tracking. If you have any questions, you can also reply to this email to let us know!

・Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email titled 'Your Order Has Been Confirmed,' which includes a link to "View My Order" for your reference.

・For those who choose credit card, the system will automatically send a 'Payment Confirmation' email upon successful payment.

・When your item is ready and has been shipped, you will receive a notification titled 'Delivery Status Updated: Shipped.' You can also track the shipping progress by clicking the link, "Track My Shipment" in the mail.

・If you don't receive notifications, please check your spam folder for any emails from Two Hands Studio. If you don't find anything, it's possible there was a mistake in your email address during sign-up!

付款方式 Payment 

信用卡（經由綠界）：台灣、海外之信用卡皆可使用。

超商代碼（經由綠界）：可自行至7-11、全家、萊爾富、ＯＫ超商繳費期限7天，超過即取消請重新訂購。

線上ATM（經由綠界)：訂購完成後會提供帳號，付款期限為5個工作天內，超過即會取消再請重新訂購

Credit Card: Credit cards from both Taiwan and overseas are accepted.

Convenience Store Payment (only avaiable in Taiwan): You can pay at 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, and OK Mart. Payment is due within 7 days. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled, and you'll need to reorder.

Online ATM Transfer (only avaiable in Taiwan): After completing your order, you'll receive an account number. Payment must be made within 5 working days. If the deadline is exceeded, the order will be canceled, and you'll need to reorder.

出貨方式 Delivery 

現貨作品約3個工作天內出貨，若遇作品缺貨會另行通知，待作品到貨後再依下單順序進行出貨。

預購作品則需要依實際製作時間預估交付日，待作品完成後再依下單順序進行出貨。

羊毛氈作品皆為一針一線手作而成，請理解製作時間耗時，無法接受急件處理哦。

郵寄掛號：1～2個工作天

全家、7-11取貨：2～3天（目前無提供貨到付款）

中國港澳地區：順豐貨運（運費為貨到付款）

其他國家：預設為中華郵政 EMS 寄件，如需要使用特殊貨運方式，請來信 info@twohandsstudio.net 和我們溝通討論

For items in stock, will be shipped within approximately 3 working days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified separately. Once the item is available, it will be shipped according to the order sequence.

For pre-order items, the estimated delivery date will depend on the actual production time. Once the item is completed, it will be shipped according to the order sequence.

All needle-felted items are meticulously handcrafted, and the production is time-consuming. Please understand that rush orders cannot be accommodated.

・For Taiwanese Customers, you can choose the delivery method upon demands:

Registered Mail: 1-2 working days

Pick-up at FamilyMart or 7-11: 2-3 days (Currently, cash-on-delivery is not available)

・For China, Hong Kong, and Macau: SF Express (Payment upon delivery)

・For other countries: Default shipping is Chunghwa Post EMS. If you require a specific shipping method, please contact us at info@twohandsstudio.net for further discussion.
